Roasted Rainbow Trout with Lemon & Walnut-Browned Butter

8 rainbow trout fillets (2 to 2-1/2 lb.)
Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
1/2 cup unsalted butter
1/4 cup finely chopped fresh parsley
2 Tbs. finely chopped fresh tarragon
24 1/8-inch-thick lemon slices (2 to 3 lemons)
1/4 cup chopped walnuts
TIP:

In stores, rainbow trout are sometimes sold as whole, cleaned fish; if this is how you find them, ask the fish seller to cut them into fillets and remove the fins.
Position a rack in the center of the oven and heat the oven to 450ºF.

Arrange the trout skin side down on a foil-lined rimmed baking sheet. Sprinkle 2 tsp. salt and 1 tsp. pepper evenly over the trout. In a small saucepan, melt the butter and drizzle 4 Tbs. of it evenly over the fillets. Sprinkle the trout evenly with the parsley and the tarragon. Arrange 3 lemon slices over each fillet. Roast until the fillets flake easily when pricked with a fork, 10 to 12 minutes.

Meanwhile, set the saucepan with the remaining melted butter over medium heat. Cook until lightly browned and fragrant, 3 to 5 minutes. Immediately remove from the heat and stir in the walnuts; keep warm.

When the trout is done, use a large spatula to transfer the fillets to dinner plates—if the skin sticks to the foil, lift up only the flesh. Swirl the walnut butter around and then spoon it over the trout.

Serving Suggestions
Serve with buttered baby red potatoes tossed with chopped fresh dill.

NEWS FLASH--AYECAPPY DECLARES PEACE ON WORLD

Due to the overwealming success of our operations, I can officially declare that I have no more grudges left to square.

I am officially at peace with the world, until provoked in some manner. I plan to semi retire to a life of meditation on my gentleman's farm overlooking the bay of Baramas.

Thank you for all your patience with my spew box, I leave you as I met you, with a song...

You Can Get It If You Really Want
By Jimmy Cliff

You can get it if you really want
You can get it if you really want
You can get it if you really want
But you must try, try and try
Try and try, you'll succeed at last

Persecution you must bear
Win or lose you've got to get your share
Got your mind set on a dream
You can get it, though harder them seem now

You can get it if you really want
You can get it if you really want
You can get it if you really want
But you must try, try and try
Try and try, you'll succeed at last
I know it, listen

Rome was not built in a day
Opposition will come your way
But the hotter the battle you see
It\'s the sweeter the victory, now

You can get it if you really want
You can get it if you really want
You can get it if you really want
But you must try, try and try
Try and try, you'll succeed at last

You can get it if you really want
You can get it if you really want
You can get it if you really want
But you must try, try and try
Try and try, you succeed at last

You can get it if you really want - I know it
You can get it if you really want - though I show it
You can get it if you really want
- so don't give up now

NEWSFLASH--COWARDLY SNEAK ATTACK REPELLED--AYECAPPY BACK AT WAR W/ WORLD

IT was all an experiment. How long would people just let me live. The answer? Less than 48 hours:)

Captain Dung & The Gang Who Couldn't Shoot Straight, over 150 curses hurled at your hero alone, almost all rare cards.

Other than a few pennies I was happy to shed to blunt the onslaught (greedy little piggies), what did the grand HELM counter attack yield?

NOTHING. Ok they sunk a cutter, and even that look 10 leviathans!!!!

Honestly Dung Head, go back to counting beans and leave the big boy games to us. You fight like a ... gerbil trader.

it wasnt a sneak attack.... we've been at war for months.... it was however a really, really bad attack... ya'll are either overwhelmingly incompetent, or planning something really creative. i want to give you the benefit of the doubt... but i've seen ya'll in motion for too long.... that was such an impotent pathetic waste of cards... ya'll should just get back to raising money for the 'we rob you' charity, you lose alot less that way......

seriously, even double fail got in on the action.

pathetic. for a guild run by 4 digit player accounts, you are absolutely terrible at this game. go play checkers for a little while. you'll learn a little bit about strategy games.

absolutely pathetic.

i call it sneak cause they did 68 time spirals in about 3 seconds, kicking my guildmates offline, and immediately destroying 200 turns and the cutter floor to my sotl fleet. Instantly. Before I could do anything. I was sitting here.

This is what I call, "exploiting a known glitch in the game." I accused Rolando of the same thing. Its cheap and beneath serious players.

But of course, the hysterical part, they still pull the fail of the year....even if they somehow get all my stuff, they have expended so much and gotten back not a one of their prized capital ships.

And this is the Captain Dungeness that Captain Jack called the clear winner of round one? Best of what I'm not sure, best crate pusher!

Oh, you should have been here on the last server. There was significant crate pushing, some plundering and no voodoo. There wasn't even a game forum. Things have improved greatly since then!

Against my better judgement I am posting regarding your accusation.
You are incorrect: The serenities and then time spirals were cast over a few minutes.
You propose that our attack was poorly executed but then you complain that our attack was too fast that you couldn't respond! Many voodoo cards were cast as fast as we possibly could and I was calling out the shots so that we would all 3 cast at the same instant. Since there was a good chance one of you would be online we decide to hit as fast as possible. It worked well and we didn't see any slowing of the server or errors. Trixi also mentioned the server seemed to slow or stutter- if that's true then maybe Captain Jack can chime in to address any hardware concerns.

You will probably get better results writing a message to #1 or using their "contact us" system. Your Forum War topic is the wrong place for this post.

Back before the PC we had a great time with the Atari...your point is?

I can show voodoo logs that show for example multiple ravages of several ships in less than 3 seconds. That's not possible without multiple panes.

The reason I don't post to Captain Jack is that I've already made my position known about overwhealm-the-system attacks, and nothing has changed.

I did find however than most people where aware of such mass voodoo casts and there effects on the system, and viewed such practices in a dim light.

So I mention it here so those in the know will know that EVEN with these structural advantages, your attack failed, really sad.

But hey Sooo glad you graced us with your presence, Dung, even if it was your usual anal tripe about misplaced topics. This is my forum thread, mofo, so if you don't like it take this light flame and sit on it.

(sigh...) Just wondering why you complain when someone does to you exactly what your guild has done to others. Remember how we had that little talk about revenge. Well, now it's your time to put up, or (and I'm saying this nicely) be quiet. Something unheard of from you. :o
