2nd Server roasts/criticism.

I'm not a forum person. I've been a moderator in other games, the bitchiness and arguing between the kiddies is too much some times. I just came across this topic by accident. As a player in other games, by the game masters of this game, I can state that more servers dilute the player base. It kills off anything, especially games that are limping along as it is. I vote no to this. Some players, the die hards, they will stay, go through the daily motions just because they've already invested time. But they're not really playing anymore. What happens in a year or 18 months after starting a new server? The same, someone will start a vote, for a new server. It's a self perpetuating cycle that destroys games.

That's the thing all I really see is BS and whining and poor attempts at sarcasm that make it sound like you didn't read the topic. Truthfully i don't really care about going back to reread nonsense because people can't discuss things without being rude. I work and I game to enjoy my time not waste it on a poor attempt at trolling or whatever you are trying to do I haven't seen a well thought out and typed argument from you just a bunch of nonsense and hostility.

You do not care an ounce that the first comment which was made by me was just a strongly worded opinion…no attacks..no name calling. You do not care that the second and third comments were made by your two best friends Vane and CW which were personal attacks and name calling, I only responded in kind. Then I get reported because Daniks is trigger happy..but I don’t report people because I can handle problems myself. So excuse me for defending myself. Gotta be honest with you Lola, but I just reread it myself, and you did call him crazy first, and he only told you don't get your knickers in a twist. Maybe I'm just old, but I always saw that saying as just a funny way of telling someone to calm down. Though I suppose it might come off as insulting, depending on tone, but the same can be said of calling someone crazy. Some might find that insulting. Granted I don't, but I'm crazy so best not to listen to old Mel's opinion .

That being said, things did escalate, so let's just dial it back and keep things calm and civil. Least in here. Go wild(within reason) in UoH if you want.

No I said y’all as in you all. I was not referencing him particularly. Plus I thought adding the playing like your parents were watching was a dead give away that I was trying to be funny. When I told him he should be backhanded for the comment. It was because I thought he was being rude. Can’t actually backhand him, then I get a rude comment from CW who should have minded his business and stayed out of it..so it felt like being ganged up on. It would probably not have gone so far if people didn’t feel the need to get involved in something that would have ended.

I do think that you were not trying to be rude or insulting, and were just trying to be funny, but I also think Vane wasn't trying to be rude or insulting either. I think both of you just read eachother's posts in a bad tone in your head. That's a nasty problem with text, with no tone it can be hard to tell if someone is joking, being sarcastic, blunt or just rude.

That's part of why I try to use emojis and self-deprecating humor so much. I feel it helps people know I'm trying to be polite and friendly, and mean no ill will. That and I also just like doing it
