[Resolved] Message sticking

(Not so) similar to previous bug report, but it's message now. I have 8 messages I have read and even reply to the sender but the system keeps saying (8 new message!). And when I click it my read and answered mails stay at red color. I double checked it and made sure I've read all messages in my inbox.

There are definitely unread messages. Using the controls at the bottom of the page, keep flipping pages till you find them. Let me know how it turns out just in case.

No. They're on the first page and I've read them all. Now (11 new messages!) and I read every single mail. I know because unread messages are red, if I'm not mistaken.

I can see that the unread messages start from Feb 05 to Feb 08.
I can flag them as read, there is no problem. However I want you to check a bit more carefully.

Normally, unread messages appear red in your inbox. Does this happen for you or not?

There is a possibility, as these 11 messages are all chat replies, that you have received that many messages that you have to also scroll the chat window as in the chat conversation the last 10 messages from each other appear.

So, just open the messages that appear red and click on the scroller at the bottom once again.

Yep. I read these unread messages and they are still marked with red colour in my inbox. If you mean the scroll-in-the-bottle button at the bottom of the inbox page I checked them thoroughly and only 10 messages at first page and one message at the second page of my inbox remain red. Or if you mean overlong chat in chat window I think that's not possible, because two of my messages came from a player whom I changed messages only 4 times. And short ones, if I recall it right.

I meant the chat scroller. Have you scrolled the messages that appear red? You still have 11 unread messages?

Great, thanks for sticking to the conversation. I have kept a note to increase the chat size automatically when there are unread messages. It will be implemented in the near future.
