To be a rookie, you must be in the game less than 6 months, and have been active for at least 4 of those.

This will be by nomination and voting.

For the next 2 weeks, the nominations will be open.
After that, I will open voting poll for 1 week.

First place, 150 million gc
Second place, 125 million gc
Third place, 100 million gc
Fourth place 80 million gc
Fifth place, 60 million gc
Sixth place, 50 million gc
Seventh place 40 million gc
Eight place 30 million gc
Ninth place 25 million gc
