Sad that I have to type this entirely out. The default is a player, utilizing a singular account, playing said account to it's fullest, within the confines of the game rules and TOS.

If you want to make a claim that a player is not the default/baseline, then it is up to the person making that claim to provide supporting evidence to back their claim.

Experience is a measure of skill and knowledge. A players skill and knowledge will be different for different people. A newbie by default is some who lacks skill and knowledge. Since you want to use being a newbie vs experienced as criteria in your claim, it is your burden to differentiate between them (ie when is a newb no longer a newb and is considered an experienced player).

You are making the claims, so the burden is on you to define it.

I'm not answering your question because it's a catch 22. The obvious answer is that it wouldn't be, but the question implies that Hightop is guilty of a rule violation. So by saying No, I would be agreeing that Hightop is violating rules, which isn't supported by fact, and is only speculative. I'm not stupid, and thus won't give you that satisfaction.
