Being a returning player under a new account doesn't make them a multi. Players who have had their game account banned can make a new account and start fresh. Additionally, players that can't remember or reset their login credentials and thus can't login to their previous accounts, can make a new account and start fresh. Neither of these constitutes the player being a multi.

What you saying leave open windows for multies isn't it? My question to you though Dez was how can you know if it's a multy or an old player? Because you people are certain he is an old player and you attack anyone saying the opposite.

People move, change internet service providers, etc. So no the IP wouldn't necessarily be the same.

Of course you can man. So the game cannot fully protect you from multies, we all understand your concept. So how can you be so sure Hightop isn't?

And ok if we allow multing again a multy it's useless if it doesn't benefit you. So we looking for any milking happening.

The last 9 months this account is constantly spending resources. He has 0 benefit for himself since he isn't claiming gc from the voodoo he cast. You guys claimed all the loot and he got 0 compensation for all your gains. He dropped influence to capture a port with Dez and lost all of it in a day or two. Again 0 compensation. This still doesn't seem like a milking /pushing scenario? Especially when this started when Hightop was 4 months old isn't blatant milking?
