And how can we 'prove' the numbers? You also don't take into account the various people who come up with symptoms that could be Covid and don't get tested. People with existing respiratory problems who die if they have Covid it might be unclear who has it. The fact is the 0.4 mortality rate is bullshit anyway in heavily affected countries and the world average. Even in Australia it's above 1 percent.

just because a publication is left leaning or right leaning doesn't mean it is necessarily false. And I think you are confusing a person dying due to a disease unrelated to Covid, dying with Covid and a whole bunch of other chronic diseases and a person dying solely of Covid. A person dying of Covid is still a case and could be due to Covid. I'm sure though when this is all over and everything is checked and verified the number will be somewhat different. Additionally why would I go find some legislation for illegal imigrants in a country I don't live in so I'm not sure how finding that helps me. By edited I mean specific bits were cut to take it out of context. It would be like someone videoing a gamer talking about killing 15 people in one gaming session and editing bits out saying it was in a game. Then it would just be him talking about killing 15 people, that's what I mean. Besides when this started I was talking about GLOBAL covid cases to GLOBAL deaths due to Covid. Even if I believed you took out all the US cases from the world's cases, took out all the US deaths from the world dead the ratio from this is 2.15% death rate far larger than the supposed death rate of 0.4%. I'm going to stop talking about the US since you don't believe what I'm saying and I don't believe what your saying and we are going around in circles so I think I will leave it there. However my original point still stands. The death rate is much higher than 0.4 percent. That was all I was trying to get across. Poor countries also have poor healthcare and the number of Covid cases is likely under-reported as well as in big countries like India where getting testing kits to rural areas is really challenging
