I have lived in 3 states in the last 6years. Prices I stated are pretty consistent.

Currently in Texas, but same in WI and MO.

I did find out that paying cash cuts the bill by 45-60%. Here in Texas, half of the clinics no longer take insurance. Wife went into a walk-in clinic here for a physical and annual checkup. They told her cash price was $185 if we filed it with insurance it would be $450. We found out later that the cash only clinic hee in town would have only charged 125.

Insurance companies and government are what cause the prices to skyrocket.

Also in TX; went to a clinic and got checked up for a spider bite, COVID tested, and a steroid shot upon testing positive for it- $0.

If the crims are going to claim an incentive payment, they might get to spend it on extra smokes as apparently that is a popular currency in the crow bar hotel.

Second opinion Stan, what if they just went after the criminals and enforced the laws. In SF, (Cali as a whole) when they dont want to enforce the laws they just make them weaker or don't prosecute.

Its funny that some people think that the best way to deal with those who dont care about the laws is to make another law to try and make them care

Maybe they could use some of that money to clean up the crap or needles on the sidewalks. SF has become a sh#t show anyway, literally, there are heat maps showing the largest concentrations of crap on the sidewalks so people can plan accordingly on way to work and back lmao!
