When my tradeships were being liquidated on the market there was a brief period that equaled hours in which I had no fleets or ships.
Instead of thinking you know it all why not confirm this with who investigated your report.
Your memory being so faulty you should always give the benefit of the doubt if not you will only show your stupidity more often than you should.
