Kind of hard to be guilty of 2nd degree without the others.
But i suppose it does offer precident for future cases of negligence and create barrier for appeal.

I guess justice isnt as blind as you thought.

well hopefully this means no one will go out and riot now. Regardless, hope folks on both sides accept the judgement and don't do anything stupid.

They will still riot. Especially once sentencing is passed. And then again, when the appeal is granted.
