Veera rolls her eyes

Mate, we have records about you-I know more about you then you might think. I stand by the fact that I doubt you would enjoy this party, and while I may be wrong about that, I am 100% confident Emily won't like this party, so she will be going home, or doing anything else.

Emily looks to Veera and nods happily

Alright then, I trust you to deal with whatever is going on. See you back home. Unless you need something from me Gaster?

No, I don't. And while I may not enjoy it, per se, it is a necessary evil.

Veera just rolls her eyes

No one is forcing you to be here you know. Parties are meant to be fun, enjoyable events, along with some potential schmoozing and boozing. If you just plan to bust the party, or some other crap, you can just leave. I won't be helping you in there if things go south for you.

He laughed.

If things go south, I'll be surrounded by corpses. Meaning I have all the bloody backup I need. Besides, I can drink and smooze and such.

Veera just gently puts her head in her palm and sighs

Mate-these are going to be cooked and prepared meals. Do you expect to just see entire bodies fully intact all over the place in there? How often do you go to a feast, and see cow, pig, or chicken corpses whole lying around? I mean, there might be one that's done up like a pig with an apple in it's mouth, but that's about it.

Seriously though, why the hell are you here? If you just want to party, I don't see why you brought my sister, and if you want to try to "stop" them, well that most likely won't happen or end well for you. Regardless, lucky for you, Emily knows to listen to me. You should learn from her frankly. So why are you here?

I hate to see children slaughtered so needlessly. At the very least, I want to understand why. Moving on from there, perhaps I can garner support against Dreadbolt here.

Veera shrugs

Folks are hungry. It's not needlessly. Besides, I'm already planning to schmooze some help against Dreadbolt while I'm here. Along with enjoy a good party. Not the biggest fan of human flesh honestly, but I've eaten worst meals frankly. Regardless, fine, if you want to try to convince them to stop feel free. For the record though, I will let it be known that I am not with you. That being said, I'm heading inside and don't plan to be around you for the most part, so unless you have any questions or requests speak them now, otherwise I'm heading back in.

Veera just rolls her eyes and scoffs

Oh yes, I'm sure you thought the same thing when you went and made a deal with an eldritch horror, and we all know that turned out wonderfully. You and Dreadbolt are awfully similar. You both seem to think you know more then you really do.

Veera begins walking back into the mansion, while nearby Emily sits at a tavern table talking to Burt.

So, I trust Veera completely, but I kinda feel like I should be there for her, just in case things go south. Plus, Don't know if Gaster will be fine without me. Veera certainly won't help him if he get's in trouble. Should probably stay at this bar just in case something happens right Burt?

Burt just shrugs and nods.

Gaster follows her, uickly disappearing into the crowd, indistinguishable, save for his height.
