A tall man with grayish skin and crimson eyes stood there, his hair the color of a deep, bloody wound. He wore a red pinstripe suit, and burgundy gloves and pants' with black dress shoes, a sported a wide smile that showed razor sharp, yellowed teeth.. He leaned on a red cane. The figure that arrived with Gaster looked shocked, producing a bone spear.

I won't let you hurt anyone here, you pompous, cheesy, talk-show shitlord!

The man laughed, brushing the spear aside as reality went haywire. He spoke, his words sharp, backed by a vicious white noise.

If I wanted to hurt anyone here, I would have done so already.

Emily just nods

Yeah, most folks don't knock if they plan to attack. That point aside, to what do we owe this visit?

He laughed, bowing.

My name is Alastor. As for why I'm here, I want to help, of course! That is... for a price.

Emily just shrugs Veera walks over and snaps a finger summoning some paper

Alright, Veera here can write up a contract between you and us, and if both sides are fine with the terms and conditions, the family will sign. We also already know who you are, we've been dealing with demons and devils before paper was even a thing after all.

He strode forward, producing a red, phoenix feather quill from his jacket, along with a vial of ink.

I assume you know my usual terms then? I believe the last time I dealt with the Helvunes was when Linda was in power.

Emily sighs

Yeah, would rather forget she ever existed frankly. Regardless, write up your terms and conditions, Veera will look over it, and if it all looks good, we can sign.

He sat down, dipping his quill in ink. His writing, while small, was dense and heavily ornamented. To any onlooker, it was complete gibberish, but it basically said that for the price of 7 orphanage's worth of children, they would gain access to his army, totally around 2.5 million demons, plus his own considerable magic talents, and his allies as well.

Veera sits down, and takes out a monocle, as she reads the terms and conditions, checking over things repeatedly, while adding on that the orphanages will be of Veera's choice before signing the deal. Veera stands up and gives a polite bow to Alastor.

Pleasure doing business with you, I'm going to go ahead and offer our side of the deal, while you get Emily and the other's to sign on.

She shouts to Emily and the others happily.

Don't worry-this deal is perfectly acceptable and fine. Just make sure you and Alastor both sign it Emily.

She quickly whispers to Alastor so only he hears as she leaves

Don't let them know what you want-I'll go get it, you just sign it along with Emily.

He quickly signed it with a flourish, before handing Emily the quill.

Emily nods and signs it, trusting Veera completely, Meanwhile Veera goes into a governor's office in Tortuga, quickly talks with him, and ends up opening 7 new orphanages. Having done that Veera shows back up and Hands Alastor 7 pieces of paper.

Those are the 7 orphanages I have picked for you to take all the children in them. A grand total of 0 children. Since, those are 7 orphanages I just opened up, and thus have not taken in any children at this moment in time. You may go and pick up the children today, as tomorrow I plan to shut the 7 orphanages down. Pleasure doing business with you sir.
