[Fixed] Plantation Worker Skill level Absent

Postby Stan Rogers » Sat Feb 13, 2021 2:48 pm

After a few weeks of plant worker skill rating at Guru, the workers have moved into a non recording of their skill level.
Currently, some plants no longer show the skill level of workers.

It does appear that is the case.

That too is a possibility !
I recall CJ commenting how difficult it was to choose descriptive words to describe progressive ranks of skill.

Perhaps if this is the case, some ideas could be posted here for him to add.

If they have been working for less than a year at your plantation they are still noobs.

They have transcended into a higher plane of existence, their skills set in stone, their contracts iron-clad and their holidays sacrosanct.

They been unionised.

Alas. the lowly cotton grower will not share the same union as the fisher or even the grower of grain.

Surely, you do not expect the metal worker and the tool maker to share a union who represents their interests fairly.

We must split these unions so each skill set is represented fairly within its sphere of skill

Unionized workers on my plantations? I will make sure to start "removing" large groups and starting from scratch. Will be cheaper in the long run :D

Plus with unionized labor, they set the meals, they set the work hours, and we will have to upgrade all facilities to five stars. Add that to the increased labor rate over market, and these plantations will make less than lessor skilled plantations producing the same product... siiiiggghhhhh

Job demarcation is a pernicious tool of the filthy running dog capitalist lackeys : the worker is indivisible! Who else can maintain the pivotal point of production? Arise, ye workers from your slumbers! It's time for dinner again!
