No time spirals, you can't put up defensive voodoo until you have been cast on 6 times. Starts at 17:00 game time tomorrow, casting before that is cheating. No outside help, no guildmates should be involved. No attacking nations or ports.
Will last for 2 days, or until one side surrenders.
