My point being.. since no specific law be broken, and no official arrest to be made then, this is definitely a civil case and should be tried by you and your attorney NOT by two prosecutors :)

To call your attorney a prosecutor sets the court in a motion that implies a law was broken and causes further harm to both Zephs chance at a fair trial AND his reputation :)

Actually I have submited a "ship arrest" order for said ship's (Level and traits description removed due to current leagality's).

The ship's in question are to be held by any member of the Judges (Meliva or Clockwork) until after the trial has comenced and a result has been finaliazed.

I motion that Meliva #58298 hold the ships in question and I declare a clear "conflict of interest" within the judging panel. With Clockwork #66509 (a fellow Merc member) being a Judge is clearly the shipping channel that leads to bias.

A seperate case will be submited within an acceptable time frame for the "conflict of interest" referring to but not limited to the removal of Clockwork #66509 as a Judge from the Judging panel If a fair and just settlement can not be reached before the commencement of the trial.

A seperate case will be submited within an acceptable time frame for the cease and removal of El Drake #76506 as a leagle representive for the accussed Zephore #71211 due to another clear "conflict of interest" with the named party's, if a fair and just settelment can not be reached before the commencement of the trial.

I would also like to formally submit a request for the commencement of the trial to begian 3 Days after Judge Meliva's prior commetments, allowing adequate rest and relaxation prior to the commencement trial.

I appreaciate a speedy response due to the nature of the claims.

This is a recognised legal document of the PG community and the law council of Avonmora.

I might suggest the firm of Cess, Poole, and Sewêr. I manage it. Their rates should be plenty affordable to someone of your reputation, Zeph. 60 creds, is what they charge.

1) Only one ship in question, is to be put into a "conflict of interest" as that's the only ship I actually agreed full on to sell, means the other one, is... mine. Fully. And not for sale, and never agreed that it might be for sale. That said boat is the one causing this trouble.

2) I believe El Draque is quite fine being my lawyer in this case, as it's a neutral standpoint for him, as I've made no ship deals with him.

3) Clockwork being a judge is completely fine too. As before mentioned, I base this one the lack of ship trading - have't traded with Clockwork either.

As for 2), 3), I believe that these are to be seperated from guild.
This is for my business as a ship dealer, and therefore not among my guild. I'll happily mention that, I've indeed done trades with PulPop, and therefore have not asked him to witness, or take part in this, as clearly, that would be biased, having traded and him being in my guild.

Meliva can for sure hold onto the ship in question (yes, ship not ships), since one of the ships you're mentioning, is actually not really a part of this - legally.

The ship's in question are to be held by any member of the Judges (Meliva or Clockwork) until after the trial has comenced and a result has been finaliazed. There is no law to merit such an order. The ship's ownership is not in question nor is who possesses said ship, what has been in question is whether Zeph did shady dealings by not selling something he legally owns.... NEXT!

I motion that Meliva #58298 hold the ships in question and I declare a clear "conflict of interest" within the judging panel. With Clockwork #66509 (a fellow Merc member) being a Judge is clearly the shipping channel that leads to bias. There is no question over the ownership of the ship, no money changed hands there for the ship clearly belongs to Zeph who has agreed to these hearings...NEXT

A seperate case will be submited within an acceptable time frame for the "conflict of interest" referring to but not limited to the removal of Clockwork #66509 as a Judge from the Judging panel If a fair and just settlement can not be reached before the commencement of the trial. As a sworn judge, Buzz, who you call clockwork, has sole descretion to recuse himself if he feels he cannot act without bias...NEXT

A seperate case will be submited within an acceptable time frame for the cease and removal of El Drake #76506 as a leagle representive for the accussed Zephore #71211 due to another clear "conflict of interest" with the named party's, if a fair and just settelment can not be reached before the commencement of the trial. So your case is I should be removed as Zeph's councle simply because...what i would be on his side?
Thats my job madam, innocent or guilty, its not for me to decide, just to help my client the best i can... NEXT

This is a recognised legal document of the PG community and the law council of Avonmora. This is a legal blah blah...no where on this document have I seen deposition or brief, so this AT BEST indicates an opinion, and opinions of any other that the honorable judges presiding have no business in a Court of Avonmora. To allow opinions would be akin to stripping the very liberty we all posses, the right to a fair trial and innocent until proven guilty

Might I suggest an order to these proceedings...

1. Formal Depositions to be submitted in a new trial post.
2. The Plaintiffs opening statement to the court
3. The Defense opening statements
4. The Plaintiffs witnesses and evidence
5. The Defense witnesses and evidence
6. The closing arguments from the plaintiff
7. The closing arguments form the defense
8. Judges verdict and award.

Should the opposing counsel be allowed to cross examine witnesses? I'm assuming we don't need an evidentiary hearing?

!) There where two ship's involved in question there for Two ship's are too be held and we have photo's of the ship's in question.

2) I'm willing to meeet you half way and allow El Drake as your Legal rep but having Merc as Accussed, Legal rep and Judge is too much and I already have evidence of curruption and bribary from the Judge in question. I move that Clockwork to be reshuffeled onto Zephore's defence team under the direction of El Drake

1. Absolutely not! The ownership of the ship(s) is not in question, thus is not subject to holding pending verdict. I would agree to a stay in any new transfers or sales of said ship(s) till after the trial to ensure the ship(s) are available if needed by the current owner Zeph or be subject to contempt of court.

2. Yeah i got nothin :D I cant speak for Buzz, I can only believe that he will do right by these proceedings.
