Sometimes, but rarely, he consults his team (as it was the case in Poppy’s rooky pick). We all read the interviews and they were good… really good. We have the promising new generation of players, I have to say. But, why we choose Anne, our newest member of the crew, rather than other candidates?
I can’t speak for others, but only explain my choice. I voted Anne, not because she was the most powerful, or influential, or aggressive etc, in comparison to others, but because of her way of thinking about her progress and because of her funny and lovable nature. (we communicated before this draft).
And of course, I always like to see the new female player in this game.
