It's NOT useless. It's WAAAY too powerful!
I think Guluere referred to your comment about the cost. If not, I'll comment on that myself: Legendary cards are not "found". They are MADE. And they should, in my opinion, be REALLY expensive to make. Many players have tens of thousands of voodoo cards. And so, the time required to make the cards must be very long, too. Anything under 24 hours to make a legendary card is too short. I suggested 48 hours for "my" card (Pirate's Bay), and someone thought it was too short. Looking at it now, I think they are right.
As for this card: If OTHERS can remove it with serenity, it's not that powerful. If NOT, it makes the target a sitting duck - for an EXTREMELY long time. I really dislike cards that you cannot counter. The game should be about planning, making moves and countering moves. Making cards that cannot be countered turns voodoo battles into "I shot first, now you're dead" kind of battles. So: I cast this, and I can keep a target lit up for 72 hours with no defense for him. Just as an example. Also, I throw in a blaclist card and a terrorize in every port, and now the target can't get his hands on any gold either. Bam, all your ships are gone, while all you can do is sit back and watch.
I don't mean to discourage you from making suggestions. Please, continue to do so. Just think them through. And don't suggest anything too powerful.
