[Jack Teach]

Jack looks at her puzzled

What'd you forget?

[Meliva]

Zeph furrows her brow and thinks

If I knew what I forgot, then I wouldn't have forgotten it.

The women holding the bundles slowly walk forward a few limping

Please, kind folks, can you take our infants so that we may rest. We are not feeling well.

[Henry Avery]

Dreadbolt seemed like he was about to help, but looked at his sharp claws and stopped himself. Zeph, think you could help those ladies? I would, but I'm not exactly built for child care.

[Jack Teach]

Jack looks around nervously

Something seems...wrong.

[Henry Avery]

Bombs! Get behind me!

[Meliva]

Zeph nods as she goes forward, still thinking. As she goes to hold an infant, she looks at it confused and shouts back

No, not bombs. Just a rock.

She then quickly looks back to the woman as the rock feels rather heavy and says in a deadpan voice.

You know. I just remembered what I was forgetting. You're all Nure Onna aren't you.

The woman nods as she gives a fanged smile, and bites her. The other women toss their bundles forward, crushing a few men, and slither forward, revealing themselves as monsters. Zeph shouts angrily

DAMN YOU MEMORY! YOU'VE FAILED ME!

[Jack Teach]

Jack draws his cutlass and begins putting it to work, killing three in several quick slashes. His crew begin to fight them as well.

[Henry Avery]

He simply began to breath fire on any monster that moved.

[Meliva]

The one that's currently grabbing Zeph and biting her, throws her into the way of the flames, her long robes burning very quickly as she is still pinned under the rock. She shouts somewhat in pain and worry

CRAP. I'LL BE BACK IN A MINUTE I PROMISE.

Her robes fall into a pile as a gust of wind quickly blows outta the room and out of the cathedral. The remaining monsters simply move forward through the flames unbothered as they begin ripping apart several men, from nearby several Crab like monsters with Ox heads stampede out, and begin fighting as well.

[Jack Teach]

Jack picks up a sword from a fallen comrade and throws it at a monster, lopping off it's head. He then cuts down two more.
