Well, I have the double pick here at the turn. When you think about building a team for port control. You have to think about synergy, folks that can work together and to some extent have nothing to lose. With having xPROx already on board, its a no brainer here to take his partner in crime as well as a savy battle tested pirate, dman!

These two have wreaked havoc on Avonmora for years and their ability to work together is undeniable.

For my second pick, the next player that comes to mind who has been around the block a time or two and knows how to handle business, Anomander Rake. Ano has seen it all and done it all and there is no better support player available as this juncture.

A sailor who has not only demonstrated his naval prowess on the high seas, but fought side by side with my previous picks. Now, this isn't to strip anyone of their "rookie" reward - more like, to show how much faith I have in her - To become great.
She's a quick learner, and while she still got lots to learn; She'd be handy in a port takeover, by being the little nuisance crippling your income... (especially if she'd attack faster)

Why?
