Harris takes over, that seems pretty certain. Will she then also be sworn in as president for the following term? And after that term, would she be prevented from running, as she has now served one month of one term, plus one full term, despite never having been elected president?

However it could fall to a congressional fight also.
The vice president would not automatically become thenew president elect.

Currently Trump is still president.
Even if he conceeds he is still president.
Once the states certify the vote Biden officially will become
President elect. I believe they must certify by december 14th.
Then electord vote on the election. They are expected to vote as pleged but they could go for a faithless vote and vote for whom every they want.

Innaguration is January 20th. Biden will officially becomes president.

This is all assuming lawsuits do not swing the count back the other direction.

In your scenario, assuming she was the replacement candidate her party wanted, as she was innagurared, that month would count as a term.
