It is possible for it to rain rocks on Earth - in present day - but it would be extremely unlikely. I can't remember what year it was, but a while ago there was a tornado that hit a Minneapolis lake and later in the day it was raining fish. The target parking lot looked like a fish war zone.

When tornadoes hit, I would argue that it DOES rain rocks. I know, I know, that's not the same kind of rain, but I would argue rain is rain, no matter where it comes from.

Well it largely depends on by what you mean as rain.

I will admit that tornadoes can make it for a short time, rain all sorts of things in the sense that it picks them up, and they "rain" down.

However for it to rain rocks as if it was water on earth, is not possible on Earth, as it doesn't get hot enough for that. That is what I was referring to-otherwise, you could just gather a bunch of drunkards, hand them all rocks and tell them to toss them upwards. For the next moment, it will rain rocks.

I admit, I did not clarify it properly in my first post. Going by the first example yes it can rain just about anything with a tornoado. Could rain cat's and dogs or rain men. In the example I meant, no it can't rain rocks like that on Earth. Apologies for any confusion.

Back on the topic, feel free to try to convince me that your ideas and beliefs are in fact well thought out, and can work and do more good then harm. Until I'm convinced I will never accept them. It's fine if you decide to not bother convincing me, I long abandoned any hope of convincing you, though I'm a stubborn old hag who likes to blabber

Yeah, I figured out a while ago that I wasn't going to be able to change anyone's mind.

I guess I've seen videos of people debating Trump supporters and fantastically crushing all of their arguments, and I thought it would be the same here.

You need to remember that the people who upload those videos are going to be biased-on BOTH sides.

Let's say someone who hates trump decides to go out to debate trump supporters. In one day, they talk to 100 folks. 30 they easily crush, 40 they battle even with and 30 crush them. That person will, most likely just show the folks who they crushed the hardest, and omit any who beat them.

Same with a lot of folks who do the reverse and go out to debate leftists. Need to remember that in a lot of debate videos on streets where only ONE side has a recording, you will only be seeing what they wanted folks to see. Which is why I much prefer watching videos of folks doing speeches and debating crowds. If they end up getting crushed at all, no way for them to hide that.

On a quick side note, you also need to be careful with folks taking a recording and editing them. A lot of things trump has said that sound horrible, are taken out of context, or edited to sound bad.

That isn't to say that he's never said something stupid, or that he isn't a bit of an arse. I don't like him as I said before as a person, but I also know that a lot of folks hate him WAY too much. Was disgusting how so many folks wanted Covid to kill him, or celebrated him getting it. Man might be an arse, but damn.

Yes, I realized that. I guess I figured that anyone who supports Trump (or at least goes to his rallies) won't have very strong arguments. Maybe I was right. Based on what I know about your opinions about Trump, you don't seem to be the kind of person to go to a Trump rally, and you've had the strongest arguments of all, while people like Mack and Dez seem to really love Trump a lot and being fair, you must admit their arguments are the strongest.

But I have learned a little bit from posting here, and a lot is things that I never would have thought.

I know a few people that were pretty happy that he got it. While it seems immoral and horrible and probably is, I understand why they thought that and I see their perspective. Living where, how and when I do for the last 4 years has given me a perspective on Trump that most of you will never have. I can't explain it much, other than that to me it seems that he is acting, and doing a really bad job at it.

I wouldn't go to any rally-because I'm a hermit who hardly even socializes with family, let alone strangers .
Hell I never even TALKED to my former sister in law .

However I do support trump over Biden, since while I don't like him as a person, and don't agree with ALL his decisions, I agree enough that I wouldn't mind a second term unless the opposition was someone who I strongly felt was better. Sadly, Biden is most certainly not better. Man has said clearly racist things, he seriously gives me some Pedo vibes, has done a lot of harm in his 47 years far more then good, and is clearly losing his mind.

Dez has made some good points-I also don't agree with him 100% of the time, but he certainly isn't a weak debater. Though I admit I do consider myself a master debater, and a very cunning linguist (hope everyone got those jokes)

And I support Biden for the same reason you support Trump. Both have said racist things, but I believe that Biden is the better option because he is more honest and his political values better line up with my own, and he seems to be much more honest than Trump. Still a filthy liar, or course.

We have no idea about what is going on with Trump's health. You think that if he got diagnosed with some mental disorder he would tell us? I doubt it. You use Biden's mental health as a talking point, but really no one knows what's going on with Trump. He very obviously has a personality disorder, and as I've mentioned before lots of psychiatrists have evaluated him and said he has dementia.

How do you know Biden's views line up with yours? The man changes them depending who he talks to. To one group he's for fracking to another he's against it.

Based on listening to both Biden and Trump, the former has FAR more gaffes, mental lapses and other indicators. Occasional gaffes and lapses are not too big a deal, especially at their ages, but Biden's is far too numerous and severe to ignore.

Also look at his 47 years and what all he has done. He's done a LOT of policies that seriously hurt minorities. Do you really think that he's going to help them now? Trump has that platinum plan which will invest 500 Billion dollars into the black community to help build them up. That's far more help then Biden has given them in his 47 years in politics. Not to mention how him and Harris won't say whether or not they will pack the supreme court.

Edit- yes they were not my best jokes. To make up for it, here is a humorous story-well to me anyway .

As my father was nearing his end, I joked with him that, at his grave I'd pour out a diet pepsi(his favorite drink). He told me, "don't waste good pop, you should drink it first, filter it through your kidney then give it to me" and we laughed and I told him "dad knowing my luck right when I do that, is when a cop would pull up. I'd tell him what you said and he'd ask me if I thought he was stupid, i'd reply "no but my old man sure was". Made him laugh quite hard at that. Gotta love self deprecating humor.

I don't think that Biden's views line up with mine, but they do more than Trump's.

Trump makes blind promises without plans all the time. He said he would come up with "A great climate plan" and has done nothing of such.

A question like "will you pack the supreme court" is a baited question, just as much as "will you condemn white supremacy groups". Whatever the answer may be, it would be used against them.

There are lots of things that I just disagree with you on, and don't have to do with logical answers or anything. I can for one, tell that Trump prioritizes the economy and American jobs over the environment, where I prioritize the environment over the economy. I am for more regulations on big businesses and corporations, Trump is for less. Also I guess Trump is for free-er speech until it's about him and then he says he is gonna open up more libel and slander laws.
