I will say this about any hate group. So long as they don't commit any crimes, they can believe whatever they want, and do whatever they want so long as it's legal. If my neighbor decided they want to form a hate group that states anyone who isn't left handed is awful and inferior, they can. Or if they want to form a group that states anyone with brown eyes is full of crap and is inferior. You can have weekly meetings where you and your bigoted friends talk about how much you hate X group, how Y group sucks etc. So long as you don't force your views on other's and obey the laws, go nuts. Take the KKK getting parade permits and parading. Now I don't like them, or support their message. However they, like you and me have a right to assemble.
On the other hand, if a group like Antifa wants to burn down buildings, kill folks, and other illegal acts to promote their agenda, that's literally a terrorist group.
Sidenote, I also think the KKK also fall under that term, as they have at least in the past done similar acts and worse. The parade marching was just an example of what a hate group is legally allowed to do.
I'm a meanie head! Beware my Meanness
