86k covid cases x13k for each case entering the hospital thats 1.1 bil(we wont include ventilator cases that would be 39k each)
on a budget that was pre covid a nice 1.5 billion surplus
suddenly with 2 billion from federal funds being added to that
minnesota is suddenly going from feb. budget of that 1.5b surplus added to the 1.1b from covid cases and the 2b from feds (4.6b total surplus)
to projected revenue deficit of 2.42billion dollars in may

so minnesotans just think its natural to take everyone elses cash since their democrats take their cash so easily


then they have fine outstanding citizens that prove there is just cause to vent people more closely
