Can you check the setting and rebuild the index to get rid of these errors

Server setting
common word threshold
In order to apply this settings, you must rebuild the search index.

It seems fine as it is. Fleet is indeed too common to include.

It may be working as designed but it isnt very useful that when I search for "daughters fame" or "daughters"

I get
>The following words in your search query were ignored because they are too common words: daughters fame.

That's a better question to ask your guild. However, you can find the information you are looking for in the relevant HELP section about Governor's Daughters. The better your relationship, her mood, and her beauty, you will receive voodoo more often and then the more relationships you have with other daughters, the more fame you will get per update.
