0.8.7: Maximum possible fame that can be earned from Governor's daughters is now 2million per update. This will help in containing fame farming in large fame amounts and also reduce the daughter feature routine for large players (as they will need less efford to obtain the maximum amount).
0.8.8: Patrol feature: All NPC fleets will now spawn with slightly more fame.
