Random sign outs

I don’t know what the issue could be but ill be playing this game on my iphone 6 and ill just be on a page and ill randomly get signed out. Like to the main page signed out. Itll say error for a quick second and then sign me out for inactivity. I changed my password thinking someone found my password but it is still happening. My internet is fine but can be a little pingy at times. I dont think that would sign me out would it?

What method do you use to login?

Out of the game. The page where you put in your password

I put in the normal password not google acc or facebook. For the iphone my password is saved via my fingerprint. Everything is filled that way. Doubt that causes the problem.

I have not been inactive before sign out. Like ill just be doing my normal thing, looking at ships or the market, then boom im signed out for inactivity. Quite literally speaking. It hasnt happened until recently. It happened before i made this forum. Its happened about 8 times now unpredictibly in total.

Try using remember me option as a start.

Safari has some weird sensitivities. Most probably you are signed out at specific pages. Keep an eye on this trying to reproduce after which actions you are logged out of the game. It could be a specific action or page. Not random though.

The game is developed on Chrome and it is then tested on FF, IE and Microsoft Edge. We are not actively test anything on Safari or any other browser (besides the aforementioned 4).

So, you can either use any of the 4 browsers I already mentioned or help us out a bit with Safari by pointing out the pages where the error can be reproduced. I will have a look myself later. We are working on plantations right now and I do not want to forfeit their priority for this.

This used to be able to run on my old phone and my pc at the same time. It did not function well as there was confusion about which surface had priority. The only advantage was not having to log in to on or the other when switching back and fourth between the two.

At some point, either a game up date or my phone software update, this was no longer possible. I could
No longer be logged into two different devices at the same time. Any way I am wondering if are running multiple tabs on the phone at the same time. Perhaps passing to different Wi-Fi or cellular zones may be causing the phone software to make it appear as if you are logged in from two different devices even though it is only 2 or more tabs.

I often run up to 4 or 5 tabs on my phone and sometimes ten or more in combat situations. If i leave my network i often get logged out.

Before any one gets defensing that i am suggestion running multis.
I am talking about running 1 account simultaneously on multiple platforms, or in the latter case on multiple tabs possibly on two different network zones.

You cannot run 1 account at multiple devices. If you change a device, you must relogin. That's not a bug but a feature. It is designed in this way.

So, if you use multiple devices, have your browser remember your password.

What I am suggesting is maybe his phone is appearing as multiple devices if moving between routers, Wi-Fi zones, or cellular zones. Or even hopping between Wi-Fi and cellular And therefore it is logging him out.

I am not aware of this. Perhaps he can provide insight if this is the case. I would say it is a browser issue if I had to pick, I am like 95% certain. Now if his browser reacts like this because of what you say, it is another issue.
