Thing is, doctors, say I'm perfectly healthy (Besides, a little overweight which is, my own fault and I am working on that lol)
But as said, pushed my shoulder up from years of sitting in a bad position, and that's now out of reach ;) Life sucks, but oh well. I haven't been treating myself as I should, and now I am looking at the result :P I blame no one, but myself and my lifestyle till now.

If you have not already, I do recommend getting a second opinion. Sometimes some doctors overlook something or make a bad assumption or mistake, human error and all that, other then that, just try to take care of your body, do some exercising, practice proper posture and sit up straight, maybe see if you can get someone like a family member to rub icy hot into your back and shoulders when the pain acts up, and be careful about pills. You do not want your body to become reliant on something like that.

and since your 16 you shouldn't have too much trouble recovering from this, just take better care of yourself. If your body is this bad at your age then you don't want to imagine what it would be like at 60 if you keep up bad habits. Assuming you make it there.

I'm young (16) and suffer from both. Pushed my right shoulder 3 centimetres up, which explains that, but anything which helps, beside being a painkiller junkie and/or expensive massages?

At 16? Too young. If you already asked to an orthopedy doctor I'd suggest stop painkillers and take a spine and neck CT scan (and/or NMR) as soon as you can.

yeah you should go and see a doctor, and get a second opinion if needed and some serious tests. Better then taking advice from strangers online :D. But I can't think of many things that at your age could be causing severe back pain. I know my father got arthritis at around your age, but that mainly jacked up his hands so I doubt that's it-but still should get checked out.

Yes ok, but doctors give opinionated suggestions. Here we may say something like "hey just do more exercises" but
a doctor, via a CT scan (for example), can tell you if there is a swollen cartilage or worst or nothing. If a frequent use of painkillers doesn't help, then the solution is not to assume more painkillers. You're 16, your body tolerate them, but painkillers are not a cure for anything they just remove the pain, which is an alarm bell for something else.
Go find that something else.
