Backpain?

Postby Zephore » Tue Apr 10, 2018 3:39 pm

Anyone experience severe back & shoulder pain? What y'all do against it?

I'm young (16) and suffer from both. Pushed my right shoulder 3 centimetres up, which explains that, but anything which helps, beside being a painkiller junkie and/or expensive massages?

There are plenty exercise on the internet for it or visit chiropractic and ask from him to show you exercise . That's how I deal with it but I got mine due the car accident

I have had several different injuries for that.
Partial dislocated shoulder, muscle injury, whiplash, compressed spine. Half those were chiropractor vista and the rest were muscle relaxant, ibuprofen and rest.

What Grim said.

Without knowing the reason for the pain, there is no way anyone can offer a reasonable solution or advice from their own experiences. If you don't know and it persists, you should be seeing a doctor. Could be anything from a torn rotary cuff to a bad mattress, spine out of alignment, result of an injury we don't know about it, cancer, habitual bad sleeping positions, work related physical stresses, or a hundred other things... Need details.

it definitely wont fix any problems, but icy-hot might help alleviate some pain, isn't a pill and isn't too expensive. And if it doesn't work, just stash it away for a different injury down the line. Stuff is pretty useful in my opinion. But yeah you should get that checked out and get if fixed if possible. Young as you are you shouldn't have this kind of back problem, I doubt its from just bad posture and slouching, but that could be contributing to it. So keep good posture, your future self will thank you.

Taking a little overdose of ibuprofen, my permitted dose does not feel like it does shit.

The shoulder is pushed up due to a bad seating position, backpain I don't know really. Our pesky chairs at school, low tables, bad sleeping positions, a mix match of bs.

Wouldn't even wonder if I got a slouched back with all the hours I sit in a bad position with my head buried in a book.

Lol.. I had a college friend who went to a doctor once- skinny guy who never did much, sighting just such a condition. Doctor blamed it on weak shoulder and back muscles and told him to get out more and exercise.
