How come i have so many newbs on my defeat enemies list.

TazTonTazInCaracaz (#33096) has less than 1k fame
Grey (#31360) has 350k fame
MIke_the_3 (#32366) has 100k fame
bttrfly344 (#31883) has 200k fame

and why is there is there a player from my nation(barbados) on my list. That just doesnt seem right.

i would imagine she hit barbados plenty of times as wales, and still has the hostility from then? but then she was able to join the nation so who knows.

The lists are created solely based on hostility tables. In this sense, you may find one of your own nation. If no such players exist, then the strongest players listed by fame are popped in, given that they are not in the same nation or guild with you.
