Letter of the Marque (Medium)

We could add the option to every player to demonstrate the Letters of the Marque he currently holds on his public profile.
Every Letter of the Marque could come with the nation flag.

That suggestion is more functional than the split flag

perhaps a row of small flags under the influence marker on profile page- for each nation a player is carrying a letter from.

Now when you attack a player they can view your profile and gauge if the attack could potentially be nation sanctioned.

It would be very nice to then be able to click on each flag to view the letter of marquess orders that are
held by the player for that nation.

Now perhaps a player may not want other players to know they are carrying letters of marquess.
I suggest a player is able to toggle it on and off when editing their profile.

What if a nation that has no treasury, but has active players and council would like to issue a letter.

Should there be an option that members of that nation can pay for it out of personal treasuries?
Or Perhaps we could create an option for players to donate to their national treasury for this
and potentially other national projects that could exist but do not yet, like civic structures
