No native fauna (wildlife).

I suspected that Paracel Islands was the answer as it has no constant supply of freshwater, but turtles and seabirds are native to the islands.

My bad. The info I had stated no native flora or fauna but migratory ocean birds and turtles use it as a nesting ground. My info is from 2012, so that might be old info. Ignosce me...
