That doesn't really work ^^ it was roileon who created the guild (FOX) if his members simply don't wish to follow him no more they could join another guild or form a new one.

I read through this whole thing and somehow am still very confused....although when i first saw this topic i knew it would ultimately turn into a slam-fest considering TMN and Fox are involved

To say it without bias, and people will back me on this.
Fox and TMN made a truce. If you go back, you can reread the truce. At the beginning of the forum, the first 2 post, are the entire truce. I also posted the meeting of which the truce was made.
Fox, then attacked IMO (IMO wasn't part of the truce which is where the first controversy comes in. We claim we didn't break the truce because IMO wasn't in the truce, TMN/IMO says we did break the truce because IMO is a training guild for TMN)
Fox says, because we didn't attack TMN but IMO, IMO not being a part of the truce, we followed the truce.
Achilles, then in defense of IMO, (which more controversy comes in, we say he broke the truce here) cast craploads of voodoo onto Fox. (clearly violating the truce according to Fox)
Useless argument then ensued about who broke the truce.

-I say that Achilles could have, by the truce, defended IMO, which i explained earlier in this forum, and that he blatantly broke the truce, and now I'm saying, because of this, reparation must be payed for the offence.

-TMN says, that IMO a part of TMN, meaning, by attacking IMO, we are attacking TMN and breaking the truce (this gets fuzzy when Pheonix (TMN) attacks Trith (IMO) explained earlier in the forum)

That is pretty much what has gone on in this forum
