Daily Stipend

The stipend did not go out today.. At least for me.

IoM has plenty of money to cover the cost. Bug?
I don't fear death. I look forward to it with great anticipation. For then I will met God face to face and let him know that I stole his Man of War!!!

Stipends are working fine. You must have the funds available before update to pay them.

It appears the treasury has ample funds. This is because the stipend did not payout. So we now have 2 days of revenue. They did not pay out because total payout was greater than cash on hand at reset
