Most likely because of how many cannons you fire, and how many miss, like the Ship-of-the-Line carries 60 cannons while the Sloop carries 12 so if you fire 60 and hit with 20 that's a 33.3% accuracy while if you fire 12 and hit with twelve that's 100%. Get what I'm saying.

Can we put some kind of protection to Man o War to leviathans? Not entirely perhaps but surely the game cannot be helped if some hater sinks your ship when you sleep with 10 single leviathans, right?

I am suggesting something like a 24hour protection once it reaches level 1 by a leviathan which will be lifted the exact moment it is upgraded again (or when 24hours pass of course, which is first).

Well, if some more agree to this, we will do it.

(Please in the future, just open a new topic in suggestions thread. For now, everyone agreeing to this suggestion, just post here)

I agree with this idea - the Man of War is a trophy vessel, earned and cannot be manufactured by individual.

(While a bit off topic, a voodoo card to match this feature should also be made available that can be used on any ship - but that should be the start of another thread)

I propose that since Men o'War are not replaceable, Leviathan should not work at all on a Level 1 MoW. They should only be sunk if the last level is destroyed in battle.

There's only one thing left to do now. Sell everything but my combat fleet and just keep changing nations.

1. Implement new voodoo cards that are for use in combat
2. Make the ship that is captured (the last in the fleet) random
3. Abolish Call Leviathan

Did I miss anything? What purpose does Leviathan serve that does not have a solution? Exceptions are not a good idea with an unbalanced game mechanic

Agreed with John Rackham. I would be even more happy if Call Leviathan didn't work on ANY level 1 ships.
