(Legendary) List Of Fugitives

(8 + X Turns)

Target player loses gold at hand to your country's vault based on 10% of his Hostility Rating, each X cost 10 turns, each X also increases the % by 1% at a max of 20% (+10% of the original). Each Hostility Rating cost the target 10,000 GC.

The target also loses the % of Hostility Rating to your country.

Max the target can lose : 2 Million.

Cost
1 Booty Master
2 Hidden Treasure
2 Fugitive from Justice

i dont understand the part of he losing his money at hand lets say %30 of total to nation vault. and losing % hostility which i guess %30 in this situation. at that point he wouldnt lose all his hostility and you can attack him relentlessly because the hostility drop rate %.

and for each lose is he/she need to pay additional 10k gold or is it min gold he would lose?

The cast without investing is 10% of his hostility, at which, lets say, 100, each hostility would make him lose 10k, so he would lose 1 million, or that I am terrible at counting.

Each 10 turns one invest will increase the % by 1%, at max of 20% with the original 10%.

The lost money goes to the nation's of the caster's vault.

definitely a -1 from me. 100 hostility could cost someone 1 million gold due to this? and that's without investing extra, with it it would be 2M for 100 hostility. after a successful large raid someone could easily have 500 hostility with a nation, then they could get hit with this and end up paying 10M gold? unless they got some REALLY nice ships out of it this would make the raid a huge loss in profit. and what happens if they don't have enough gold on hand, is the hostility still removed despite not getting the full amount? all in all this seems to be a terrible idea.

Edit-after checking your math I realize you were wrong on the math and it would cost 100K not 1M. but even so this is still too damaging to raiders and gets a -1 from me.

Good point.

Maybe adding a Max amount that the person can lose, or maybe it is still a terrible idea.

Maybe I should stop making terrible ideas and stop flooding the forums.

maybe you can use that kind of card for who have debts to your nation. and you will use this on them and try to gather their debts if they have money at hand.
