This does not make stealing ships harder. If this does not work out another solution will be provided which "will" make them harder to steal.

The important use is something we all agree. We do not have a specific heading though or better said specific suggestion with numbers.

I agree. Not enough. But its a start. What can we add to it? Perhaps we change call leviathan. Maybe it should only affect the top ships of a player who wears the pirate flag (nation bearing players would have no change to the effects it already does). Say when casting call levi on a pirate it would only be able to lower the level of a MoW or SoL. That way the pirates ship stealing fleets (LFs, FGs and Fs) would have protection. The difficulty for the pirate is to hold on to the MoWs and Sols for 12 hours.

Let me discuss about something else though, how about battling with each other? Why all battles need to be of the hit and run style?

Taking it further, why Pirates should be allowed the Hit and Run style against any opponent? And why in the same time they should be allowed to vanish lots of big ships in a matter of seconds without any trace? Why they should be allowed all these buffs?

Oh I completely agree, I think after you attack one fleet in a port you should have to stay there for the rest of your game life.

Whilst, only one attack per day on ANY player with more then 200 ships!

Are we talking for Pirates, as of those bearing the Jolly Rodger here? It seems limited if yes.

If Call Leviathan is a problem for looted ships, then we can add a protection from Leviathan for as long as their unique protection lasts, perhaps a little longer.

If Call Leviathan is a problem for the top ships of the pirate, I am afraid we cannot do anything. We will have the Pirate Flagship though. You need to keep in mind this detail.

Pirates will have a flagship immune to levi's.

This suggestion says that there will be meaning for the player who lost the ship to attack back and the player who looted them will most definitely have something to lose.

What we experience nowadays are lonely lvl 10 cutters waiting for their doom, almost laughing. Completely contradicting their assumed suicidal role.

I guess that the root of your initial problem is how on earth are you going to keep a SoL or a MoW for that many hours! How on earth will you sleep? I do not see you so troubled about the same issue when we speak about current holders.

I truly wonder how these players with 10 or more SoLs sleep. Not to mention those with more than 20.
