Wales needs more citizens

In the event that any of these should call on me for financial or other support of their endeavors, I will do as much as I can for them in order of precedence as is indicated below:

Consequently, this list is the exact order of each member's combined influence in the ports of Tortuga and Tzogos as of this posting or its most recent editing. As that list changes, so does the order of precedence in which I will act on their concerns. As other ports become priorities to the nation of Wales, this list will be altered to include their influence in those ports as well. Each of these players has joined Wales at my urging. I owe them whatever I can offer.

In the interest of peaceful implementation of Wales' inevitable takeover of Tzogos, I invite all players with influence in Tzogos to join Wales. This will have the effect of switching Tzogos to Wales control without changing the list of influential players in Tzogos and will gain those who join Wales a better profit. With unity comes strength. Unity under the flag of Wales ensures you a generous ally in times of need.

NOTE: Preferential support is automatically superseded by the need to get new citizens of Wales on to bigger things sooner. When new citizens are not immigrating, I can resume preferential support as outlined above. I ask that you don't cast Charity donation on me unless it is absolutely necessary in order to reclaim a port and definitely not if my influence multiplied by 1.05 is much greater than the influence of the player who has more influence than me in a port.

Note Admiral Blackpants and juicylettuce have each been remove from the favor of Wales for conduct unbecoming a member of our group. Specifically, juicylettuce did willfully commit fratricide against members of the group in the commission of acts of pure piracy and did defect form Wales. The acts committed by Admiral Blackpants will not be listed due to the potential harm it could cause to her relationships with other players..... and the fact that the list would take up too much of my time.

If you're considering a change of nationality, you can't do better than Wales. We help each other as needed. Some of us play more than once daily or for long periods at a time. We don't hold your guild affiliation against you. You'll never be asked to do anything against your guild or its members. Our goals are to make a place in Pirates Glory where we can be as profitable as possible and to have enough power to put up a good fight if we are targeted. We aren't pirate types. At least we don't see ourselves as such. Some have defected to be pirates. You may do the same some day. We won't hunt you down if you don't target us. Wales has a flag that is like no other nation. An example of a situation where that is significant is the US flag. Several smaller nations are connected by a flag so they cannot safely plunder US payers without working toward losing their nationality. Our flag is also one of the most attractive and distinct. Join Wales if you want a team that will help to get you started along the right path for growth and prosperity. We look forward to working with you.

You'll learn eventually that intent to commit a crime is equal to successfully committing it. I am not involved in what has happened to to. If you think you have what it takes to get it back and you feel justified, then do as you wish. The player involved in it with you is not protected from his own misdeeds. Try to be honest with yourself and us and we'll be fair to you.
