has anyone ever tried to form a training nation?
it has some downsides, no way to monitor active voodoo and gc levels or even how active players are. but for those nations who want to grow (USSR, Canada, Vietnam) it could be a win win. new players get mentors to help them out while they also have a 'home' in a guild. and the training nations will get stronger in player base, fame and inner cohesive.
SSTG is a training guild and they are all in Bermuda, so, already exists.
SSTG used to be a training guild. It is no longer a training guild. Unless I am missing something by far, they no longer recruit newcomers. Just check at the recently joined list and see if they recruited anyone lately. I checked 20 pages and I saw no new recruits. In contrary, I saw recruits from Zomb! Impressive.
So there is no training "nation" right now.
Sir Jacob Astor is a very competitive player so if he finds time and willingness, he can rebuild TOR for sure.
