A New Contender
The Nation of Wales, previously ruled by Morningsun, has risen to new heights as it controls a port of its own- none other than Tzogos of course! The people of Avonmora watched with interest as Spain and the remnants of the United States battled over the port---but none could have predicted the winner. A surge of people flocking to the nation- with notable names such as SupremeLeaderJuicyP and Shadowood- have secured the port for the meantime. Many observers say that the new found momentum of Wales will dissipate at a rapid speed and become a lesser power once more. Members from guilds such as Fox and Helm surely have the experience and resources to keep the port for a little bit- but will they have enough firepower to combat Spain? Truth be told, only time will tell! Spain's New King?
Wait... WHAT? The word has apparently not spread quickly around Avonmora, so let this newspaper be the first to confirm. Ziggfried is no longer the commander of Spain! After attacks on a loyal Spaniard by the name of Ferdinand, 8 to be exact, Ziggfried has dropped out of the country and raised the pirate flag, while Jim Hawkins took helm of the country.. Is this change permanent? Was it on accident? Perhaps Zigg intends to return to the US after falling out with Lockreed? Any of these are viable- and all of these confirm the rising political instability of Avonmora. If Ziggfried does return to the US, he might set his eyes on returning the nation to its former glory. In any case, the waters of Avonmora are stirring with anxiety. In these dark times, only one thing is certain: the future lies in a shroud of uncertainty.____________________________________________________________________
