(Uncommon) High Tides

Uncommon)Higher Tides

Instant - Player
Turn Cost: 10
Stack:2 every hour

All fleets of targeted player(that are not docked) reaches port half an hour later than schedule.

This card would be profitable for traders and pirates.
PIRATES

1. If you spot a potential plunder but that fleet is reaching port in maybe 1 minute(for the pirates who dont do 6/20) this would help alot.
2. When you are plundering a player and the scavengers arrive, simply delay the time and get more......time.

TRADER

1. If you are under attack your guild mates can use this card to extend your port arrival time limit. Thus, saving you thousands or even millions.
2. If you are trading and your fleets are racking up danger(new players mostly) you can use this card to extend your routes over the hour limit.

This card should be uncommon or common not many persons are going to like this being a rare card, right?

Hey, there are many other uses for this card, with creative and innovative minds like yours am sure you will have many suggestions. Tell me what you think;post below.

I am not going to vote but I will offer a suggestion that may fall in line with how admin would like to see the game evolve.

It is really good that new ideas for voodoo has been put forth lately. It shows new player participation and imaginative use of voodoo.

The problem is, it pollutes the current card stock with curses that may be used very infrequently. There are curses such as Control the Skies and Favorable winds that can do a function similar to what you propose. Yea... the fact you cannot use them on 1 specific fleet and it affects all player fleets is a hindrance sometimes.

All that said, admin wants to see some creative ideas with the mixing of current voodoo to get the desired effect.
You may want to combine 'Control the skies with Flood, Rotten food and perhaps TradeMaster or something that will allow the combination to achieve what you are looking for.
I suspect if a really good idea comes along but cannot be achieved by mixing the current voodoo, new curses would have a better chance of being implemented.

I made one voodoo idea that slows down fleets as well, anyway, +1.
