Legendary Voodoo Black Spot

Legendary Voodoo Black Spot

Thanks to Captain Jack for telling me of the witch hut and that legendary voodoo will eventually come in to play. heres my idea.

Voodoo- Black Spot- Legendary-turns to cast-24
Type- Instant Pierce 100%. Can only be used against someone who has used a harmful voodoo against you within the last 36 hours. immune to purify and serenity. can not stack.
Use-
Target Player for the next 24 hours will have all fleets gain 3 danger per hour, and danger drop will be halved. Call leviathan will reduce ships by 2 levels, and if level 2 or lower will sink the ship.
Required ingredients
3 Call Leviathans
20 FoJ
10 Disfavors

Time Cost- base cost is 72 hours

Feel free to suggest any modifications to this idea everybody, Any suggestions are welcome. :)

A little confused. It either doubles the Call Leviathan or sends it back?

it enhances it. when hit by a call leviathan after getting hit by the black spot, the targeted ship will be sunk if level 1, but if its not level 1 instead of losing one level like normal it loses all its levels down to level 1. so if it was level 10 it would go straight down to 1.

To does who doesn't know, when ever you make a new voodoo idea you SHOULD always account for the fact that there is players that uses real money or old players that have 50k voodoo++. And players with 500++ turns ready for use.

I believe I balanced it fairly well, it can only be used on someone who has casted voodoo on you, so its for retaliation, second it has a 3 day cooldown, and third it only improves call leviathan one time, then the spot is gone.

If someone has a level 10 sotl becomes level one because he casted a voodoo?
This only makes someone becomes helpless, if he was casted voodoo on and doesn't have a Black Spot voodoo,
he will just be sitting duck and can't retaliate because he will just get casted on?

This means, he sells his ship, or get hit none stop?

ok I will try to explain again.

The Black Spot can only be casted on someone who has hit you with voodoo, so it can only be used in retaliation.
The person who gets hit with the black spot will be more vulnerable to Call Leviathan
When Call Leviathan is used on someone who has already been hit with The Black Spot, Call Leviathan will either sink the ship if its level 1, Or reduce it to Level 1 if it is level 2-10. I also thought of maybe making it sink the ship regardless of level, but either is fine.
after being hit by Call Leviathan the black spot ends and the player can not be hit with another black spot for 3 days.
so in other words how it would be used is like this

Lets say Player A casts a bunch of harmful voodoo on Player B.
Player B notices Player A has lets say a level 10 Man of War,
Player B has one Call Leviathan and 1 Black Spot,
So Player B uses the Black Spot on Player A, then Uses Call leviathan on the Man of War. since the man of war isn't level 1 it isn't sunk, but is instead reduced to level 1.
