Me: Welcome mate. How are you?

Interview commences

Me~Sir Richard Delrio
Sir~PhoenixKnight (#28199)
King of Egypt
Me: Are you a trader or pirate? Or you mixed both profession?
Sir: I am mostly a trader, I thought about being a pirate at the beginning but I did not like how unsteady it was.
Me: You were absent in Avonmora for a "long" time. Now you are one of the mostly influential persons and most famous. How did you manage to achieve this?
Sir:One key aspect of my success is patience, another is dedication! I accumulated the needed resources to achieve that and maintain it but it took a long time to do so. One motivation I had was my desire to attract strong players to join Egypt. While not many, Egypt now has a select few splendid players.
Me: Where do you see yourself and Egypt in the coming year(s)?
Sir: would like to see more strong and active players joining Egypt. Eventually I think that we can establish a country centric guild and may be increase our port share or at least the populations of our current port. I aim for every Egyptian player to have 100 million influence in every port controlled by Egypt.
Me: You have opened a bank..what is its sole purpose? Is it going to be for Egyptians alone or for everyone?
Sir:opened a bank originally because I thought the loan system is beneficial on the long run. While currently problematic, I see with future updates it can be very profitable. The bank currently is open to everyone and I intend to keep it that way. Eventually, I want to raise its level all the way and gain a top spot in the bank list.
Me: Future plans with Egypt? Also, why did you chose Egypt?
Sir:When I joined the game, I originally chose one of the pirate famous nations but I don't remember which one it was. When I needed the nationality mission, I thought about a nationality I would like to be that will not have big competition. Ironically Egypt was free and I am originally an Egyptian in real life, so I thought it was fun to rule my country even in a game!
Me: Surely you have witnessed many wars and possible participated in a few. Which one is your most memorable? How many have you participated in?
Sir:have witnessed at least 4 that I remember, in terms of active battle participation probably 2. The most prominent one in mind right now is the one that got me to leave ZomB and return to ATC, when practically many guilds went after ZomB. I was not fond of the guilty by association part and I decided that I would like a more peaceful guild so I went back to ATC.
Me: Is there anyone in Avonmora you look up to as a role model per say "I would like to be like"?
Sir:If you asked me 3 years ago, I would have said Spastic or Da Vinci! They taught me a lot in my first days of the game. Now, I would say Da Vinci.
Me: Egypt player base is small but strong, why?
Sir:In order to build Egypt as a strong nation, we need strong players. Many of the players were inactive for months,so I deported them. Egypt is still looking for strong active players still. As the King of Egypt, I prefer diplomacy and deals than war. So far, it has worked for me and Egypt.
Me: I heard you once had 5 MOWS *(either decreased or increased) is this true?
Sir:think they were 9 MOWs, I recall 2 MOW fleets. I must have had over 300 ships when I decided to retire. When I did that, I opened all my resources to ATC players to take whatever they want as a farewell gift from me. Now I am still rebuilding but I won't say how many!
Me: Any other nations other than Egypt that you were a part of?
Sir:Aside from Egypt, only my First Nation when I joined the game but I don't remember which one it was. I think Barbados or Britain.
