Hi,
Recently I lost my Membership in mexico ( God damn it ) Now I am climbing back up ; I am still a citizen, but I have noticed : I am allowed in the Parliament, just not allowed to vote as it states this...
Halt! You cannot enter the Voting Chamber!
Entrance is only allowed to those of Captain title rank or higher.
Which is understandable but surely, a citizen would not be allowed in parliament at all? So by rights, when they try to enter Parliament, they can't? Is this a bug, or has the game always been like this for Citizens?

It is only natural for citizens to be able to view which votings are proposed. Being able to vote though is a different case:

It is not considered a rank. You are a simple citizen of the nation you belong to.
Citizens cannot vote for nation decisions

We do have a matter in voting- that is, if you live in America or any other free democratic country.

Yes, of course ; All of citizens in the UK NATURALLY voted for David Cameron, the worst Prime Minister there has ever been ( Except for thatcher ) - I mean, why wouldn't we vote him? We want the Country to go into more debt!
