He has not called, left a message, sent a text, written a letter, sent me an email, come over in person, made a public announcement over TV/radio, or attempted to start a chat with me in game.
He hasn't even sent me a PM. Were he to do any of those, then there would probably be a response. He has refused to contact me in any way.
