Daughter's are very important now in getting fame up and voodoo acquirement, Its only fair that it costs a lot of turns as the gains are massive.

If anything I'd suggest they cost more turns. Keeping one girl happy in real life is hard enough, let alone tens of them

Only make sure that she is happy with you and that she loves you very much.

I don't know if you can make her happier more easily if she loves you but you can make her love you more easily if she is happy. I usually make her walk on clouds before I try to make her love me.

While you are new, you may want only one woman and to use your turns for advancing your growth unless you are a pirate. Definitely take her for your wife and keep her love at 100% by the time she is ready to give you a gift. I never tried to have a plain wife so I don't know if it has advantages. I believe that having an exquisite wife is best for fame but fame buys nothing useful right now as far as I know.

I considered fame useless as well until I wasted 22 million testing sotls. Its the equivillant of reputation and is actually extremely helpful in recruiting since it is really the only way new players who don't know you can judge you. I got 4 applications to my guild and I'm not even looking for members right now..

You should reconsider your position I think some fame would help you greatly in your wales quest
