Chal and Not a Pirate share ISP's and it is not a problem, Despite them having instant access to each others moves, plans etc. it is not a problem nor do they try to hide their relationship and you can be attacked by one and not the other.
In my opinion, they do not abuse the privilege

Leo and Galora are not tag teaming some poor schmuck on a semi regular basis and both share the guild. Also not a problem as the relationship is not abused to my knowledge.

Leo and vader..oh there was this one instance about a ship that was commandeered by the other.

Regardless how you all try to spin, deflect or make excuses, the perception remains that some here abuse the ability by running multiple accounts and its not from 'vets' spreading the rumor.
True or not, the idea that it happens is very real and what to do about it remains elusive.

Regardless of how you try to spin it....

The idea that it happens is a direct result of players like yourself that continue to spread unsubstantiated information that certain players are multis.

Continuing to spread unsubstantiated claims aka rumors, can easily be fixed by those that have spread such claims by doing the following:

(1) Stop making unsubstantiated claims that certain players are multis
(2) Reiterating to others that their original claims are unsubstantiated ie. rumor/conjecture, and not fact.
