I just fear after I defeated 3 Sea Monsters and still have to defeat one more the Lesser Ketos won't show up.

EDIT - My scout fleet arrived at Regis to search for the last monster but it's not there.

try to look at all ports first they well be there

I searched West and Middle Avonmora and defeated two Lesser Ketos (apparently the one at Regis doesn't count) and I just finished search at East Avonmora. The last sea monster is nowhere to be found. I even searched at Regis.

u dont need to search for it it well be on the plunder board of the port

There might be more than 3 Ketos if you took and canceled the mission before. If you defeated one that has not counted, this is surely the case.

The ketos are still out there. Try searching all ports. There are strategies to do this fast and with few turns.

You can always verify how many ketos you still have to beat by clicking on the Mission Title.

Finally today I defeated the third. I never expected it would spawn at Aiora, my central port. Thank you for all suggestions in this topic which lead me to accomplishment of the mission.

No problem for wrong thread. After all, you only have a few posts as of now. It is normal. Imagine that there are people with hundrends of posts, still losing their way.
