Port Warehouse selection

I'm concerned that the Prote port after you have selected to stock ships from your warehouse is setting after your save to buy from port and restock from warehouse if the port is empty.

I'm confused by what you are asking.

You set the fleet to stock from warehouse, never buy from market, but the fleet is buying from market, and unload warehouse if port is empty.?

Instead of using your inventory in your warehouse, it seemed to be buying from the port even after a save was done instructing to stock from warehouse

I'm wondering if it's stuck in a previous route. Sorta like when you cancel a fishing fleet. It will continues to fish until you recall the fleet.

Can you terminate the route for the fleet, empty the cargo, and re-setup the route and see if that resolves the issue.

Make sure your warehouse / plantation settings match. One of them is hindering it. Feel free to copy paste all the settings (plantation, warehouse, trade route) to check this further.
