Because he maintained contact with me a friendly manner and offered me a ship... I took it bc he said he was getting a hard time and his biznz had suffered. I bought yes, bc it was a separate issue and has nothing to do with the previous encounter.
I would like for you to go back and actually answer some of my questions instead of being dismissive, Councellor.

Well, i am glad to see you still trust Zephore to supply you with quality ships. :)

So were you swindled or is it more likely you jumped the gun trying to broker a ship you had yet to secure a deal on, and when the seller changed his mind it made you look bad to your client so you drummed this whole thing up to try and save face for putting the cart before the horse and you suffer from acute Butt Hurt?

Not at all. I understand why someone with your state of consciousness may think that way.
I bought from Zeph bc he was sad and crying about poor sales. I felt sorry for him. HE HAD THE BUTTHURT!!

But he really is mouthing off in Slack right now...substantiating my claims that he is noought but braggart...showing his nature...as was the case on the night in question and the reason we are here...

My clients ego isnt on trial here, none of us have that much free time :D, just weather or not he owes something for deciding not to sell something.

I only have one question left...

If you never agreed on a price, never transferred credits or swag...

Who owns the ship?

and the follow up... if your answer is clearly Zephore, then why ... are... we... here?

We are here bc the citz decided by vote that Zeph had a need to go to trial bc they clearly know him. You are saying the citz are wrong?

So dismissive Councellor. I think it is you who should be hanged. You are merely steamrolling me. You are not responding.

I understand the need to avoid the answer. We are here for feelings not for facts. Feelings dear Argo, have no place in a court of law. I say good day! :D

I have no more questions for this witness

I judge Mel will confer with Judge's Sockie, and Buzzie for a moment.

Sockie is still suggesting mass hanging, while Buzzie is still demaning everyone raids Buzz/CW for not showing up to judge like he was supposed to. Methinks he knew Sockie wanted him hanged.

I will be the tie breaker I suppose, but until I decide, let us hear the closing statements.

(Why don't we have a 'shrug' emoji?)

I can only repeat my story. I believe Zephore did lead me a merry dance on the eve on 27/01 thru to 28/01.
I put it to you that if the ship in question was not for sale...then it should not have been presented as such.

Sheer bragging and misleading at the very least - It would seem simple. If the ship was not for sale, why was it even brought to the table? This has to be the question we ask ourselves good Citizens of Avonmora ... just what was Zephore's intention to display the 60ptr saying "I have 2" when asked what he had for sale...Does this not ring for you?
The actual sale of the vessel has never been the issue. It is the standards of moral and ethical behaviour at stake. Do the citz want it to be ok to dangle prizes in front of each other only to snatch them away at the last second? :D What sort of behaviour do you call this? :o:

I ask you to see beyond the veil of distraction and focus only on the point in question. If it is true Zephore never had intention to sell, why was (XX) upset at his "intention to sell it"...and did he merely take Argo on a merry dance for some kind of personal sport both proving to be " questionable business practices in Avonmora". You decide intelligent and logical Citz.

(..and Im making loads of biscuits and gravy....just sayn)
