Also, to my friends, and to my enemies, we must put aside our statuses. To my enemies, this is not my unilateral action. This is not as a member of Fox or as your enemy but as a fellow member of the game. VHRWOA is a bilateral issue between all of our players. We must act together so that we may save and better the live of the virtual humans and citizens of every country and port. It is our common morality. For the sake of morality, put aside our differences, and save lives.

Despite the stated intentions of this group. Some ports despite your intentions continue to suffer. Some are worse than before the Great Earthquake. There are already existing structures in each nation to care for the ports, its called a nation council. This new group seems much like the U.N., a lot of authority claimed with little power to actually carry out your stated intentions. Only four on the list are in my opinion trustworthy, and none of those are currently winning the vote. I believe enough bureaucracy is all ready present. Especially without empowering some I believe are the reason for port depopulation to oversee port improvements.

The U.N. have a lot of power, they just can't use it because most of the nations have to agree and any military action has to agreed on by all nations on the security council.

If there are existing structures then why are ports still 'suffering'.

They are still suffering because people are still attacking them. Those responsible for using Black Deaths are more of a threat than natural events. Feel free to form any council you wish. Just do not expect anyone who knows some of the suggested leaders to actually take them seriously. They may be sincere this single time, but based on past and current actions, I am not convinced.

This organization gains power from the people. Unless people like yourself decide to put power into it, then it holds none. Truly you see the value in an organization that with power, can do a lot to help stop suffering of virtual humans with cooperation. Especially when the less privileged institutions in place cannot provide for their citizens. It is cooperation that holds power.
